There is a meditative quality to studying a person’s lines and features that brings me so much peace. Presenting a drawing of a loved one or child to a family who will treasure it forever fills me with gratitude.

When you first email me, we will discuss a few things to give me an idea of what you are looking for. For example, who is the subject or subjects? What size do you prefer? From here, I will send you a quote.

Book Your Commission
Once a 50% deposit is received, a photoshoot will be arranged. Working from my own photography is an important part of my process! I will make sure that the lighting is perfect for interpreting into a drawing. Shortly after the session, I will send the photo references that I think will translate the best into a beautiful drawing. You will be able to review these and give your approval to continue.

The Artwork
After completion, the remainder of the balance plus any taxes or shipping costs will be due. I will pack your drawing safely for delivery, and we will schedule a reveal or shipping.
